I am currently credentialed with PacificSource commercial, Moda, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I also work with private-pay clients and individuals with out-of-network benefits. I can provide you with a Super Bill receipt for possible reimbursement by your insurance company.

Rates

For those who are not using insurance to pay for services, my rates are as follows:

15-minute phone consultation (to determine fit): Free
Intake/initial assessment session: $260.00
55-minute individual therapy session: $225.00
45-minute individual therapy session: $170.00

I also offer sliding scale rates for individuals on an as-needed basis due to financial hardship
